New Patients
During your new patient exam, we will spend time getting acquainted with you and listening to your concerns and goals. After taking X-rays and a medical history, Dr. Raines will complete a thorough exam of your head, neck, teeth, bite, and gums. He will then explain his assessment and begin treatment planning, with you as an active participant.
To conserve time at your first visit, print these forms and complete them at home. Simply bring them to your appointment, and we’ll expedite registration.

Paying for Dental Care
While Dr. Raines' office is not a participating provider with insurance plans, we will do everything possible to help maximize your benefits. Our financial policy allows us to provide you with the best treatment available by going beyond any restrictions of your dental insurance plan. We will be happy to submit your insurance paperwork on your behalf at the time of treatment. If you have any questions about your insurance, please call for more information.
Our goal is to make sure cost doesn’t prevent you from receiving the dental care you want and need. We offer server financial options to accommodate your dental goals.
- Dental financing is available through CareCredit for qualified applicants. These plans break up the fee into monthly payments with low or no interest.
- For your convenience, we accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
- A discount is available for fees paid in cash three days prior to treatment.
Dental Emergencies
We understand that you can’t predict an emergency. When you have an urgent need, call our Laramie dental office right away, and we will get you in with Dr. Raines as soon as possible. If you need to reach the dentist after hours, call for instructions on how to contact Dr. Raines.
